Q1: Can you produce based on my drawings or samples?
A: Yes. We can manufacture according to 2D drawings, 3D files (STEP, IGS, STL), or physical samples. Our engineering team will also assist in optimizing your design for production.
Q2: What kind of customization do you offer?
A: We offer full customization including material selection (FRP or carbon fiber), surface finish (glossy, matte, painting), thickness, structural reinforcement, and fitment requirements.
Q3: What is your typical lead time for custom parts?
A: Lead time depends on complexity and quantity. Generally, 7–15 days for mold development and 10–20 days for mass production. We'll provide a detailed schedule after evaluating your project.
Q4: Can you provide mold-making services?
A: Yes. We offer in-house custom mold design and manufacturing, including aluminum and fiberglass molds, suitable for SMC, RTM, vacuum infusion, or hand lay-up processes.
Q5: Do you offer sample or prototype services?
A: Absolutely. We provide rapid prototyping services using 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.) or manual mock-ups before final production.
Q6: What surface finishes are available?
A: Options include gel coat, clear coat (for visible carbon fiber), matte/glossy paint, or raw finish. UV-resistant and automotive-grade coatings are also available.
Q7: How do you ensure quality and fitment?
A: We use precision molds, strict QC processes, and conduct test fittings if required. Dimensional tolerances and surface quality are carefully inspected before shipment.
